DOSAGE: Put about 3 to 6 drops of oil in both the nostrils or as per doctor's advice. In case of chronic cold, frequent cold, nasal warts, swelling inside the nose, etc., apply cotton on a stick, soak it in this oil, and apply it inside the nose.
